Forgot login and password to log in to Jowi web panel.

Answer. You can recover your account by using the email address to which it is registered. If you do not remember your e-mail, write a statement and send it to our email help@jowi.club.

Question

I restored the restaurant on a new computer and now I can’t close and pay the accounts, which were on the previous server. What to do?

Answer. It is possible the restaurant has been restored with a new identifier. In this case, open and unpaid accounts are simply displayed in the order list.
To close such accounts, you must select the device with the desired identifier during
recovery.
